Meet Dominic Moss, Senior Personal Injury Partner
Dominic Moss is a senior partner at Solicitors Online and a solicitor with over 23 years’ experience in personal injury law.
He founded the firm in 2003 with the intention of creating a specialist personal injury law firm to deal exclusively with accident cases in Cheshire. To date, Solicitors Online has acted for over 3,000 successful personal injury clients with a cumulative claim’s value of over £20 million.
Dominic is recognised locally as an expert in personal injury law. He is a Senior Litigator of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and an APIL Fellow.
He has extensive experience in dealing with serious personal injury claims ranging from accidents at work, accidents on the streets and in public places, through to road traffic accidents, clinical and cosmetic treatment negligence.
Dominic’s ability to listen to clients and show genuine care has been key to building strong relationships with his clients throughout the claims process.
As the firm’s senior partner, his goal has always been to help clients who have suffered a personal injury as a result of someone else’s negligence, secure financial compensation and rehabilitation support as quickly and stress-free as possible.
